TERRIERS 5, BRONCOS 4 (SO)
Carter Briltz scored the shootout winner as the Yorkton Terriers won their fifth straight coming back to defeat the Humboldt Broncos 5-4 on the road.
Captain Jaron Desnoyers scored twice to lead the way for the Terriers including a game-tying power play goal with 2:45 left in regulation to force the extra time.
Tylan Henrikson and David Coyle also scored for the Terriers who got 33 saves from Ethan Farrow in the win.
Rylan Hue, Marek Mamic, Maddox Amaral and Boris Kofman replied for the Broncos.
The Terriers will go right back at it on Tuesday night hosting the La Ronge Ice Wolves. GX94 will broadcast the game starting with the pregame show at 6:50 PM and puck drop is 7:00PM.
BRUINS 3, RED WINGS 6
Angelo Zol made 27 saves as the Weyburn Red Wings used a three goal first period to remain one point up on Yorkton for the Viterra division lead.
The win also helped the Red Wings become the third team to clinch a SJHL Playoff spot.
