UNITY — The Unity Composite High School (UCHS) Warriors played their last regular season home game on Oct. 3 at the Pat Orobko football field against the Eatonia Spartans, coming out with a score of 77-28.
Within the first five minutes, Warriors' quarterback Noah Gumpinger scored the first touchdown, and the team continued to add points. The Spartans managed to score a few touchdowns of their own but were unable to overtake the Warriors.
With another win, the Warriors now hold a 4-1 record and have secured a playoff spot. They will finish the regular season with a head-to-head match against the undefeated Rosetown Royals on Oct. 11 in Rosetown.
