The 40th Annual Saskatchewan Sport Awards will honour the accomplishments and achievements of Saskatchewan athletes, coaches, and teams from 2024, as well as the dedication and inspiration of members of the province’s amateur sports community.
The annual gala celebrates successes through two categories: Excellence Awards and Recognition Awards. The Excellence Awards celebrate outstanding event performances or a series of performances by a Saskatchewan athlete, coach, or team, while the Recognition Awards include Volunteer and Coach Dedication Awards and Inspire Through Sport Awards.
The 40th Annual Saskatchewan Sport Awards will be celebrated Thursday, January 30, at 6:30 p.m. at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. The gala will honour the eight Recognition Awards recipients, announce the recipients of the six Excellence Awards, and celebrate those named as finalists.
