The Canadian Football League has issued discipline following the Saskatchewan Roughriders win over the B.C. Lions at Mosaic Stadium in Week 19.

Defensive lineman Sione Teuhema has been fined for delivering a high hit on quarterback Trevor Harris.

That play took place in the fourth quarter with under 12 minutes left on the clock. Head coach Corey Mace challenged for roughing the passer and was successful. Teuhema was called for a 15-yard penalty and that was the last snap Harris took in the football game.

"After that hit, I said: 'I've seen enough.' He's completely fine," Mace said post-game

The 38-year-old passer completed 25-of-30 passes (83.3 percent) for 271 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. He led the Green and White to a decisive 39-8 win and clinched a home playoff game. The Waldo, OH native leads the CFL with 2,392 passing yards since returning from a left MCL knee injury in Week 11. Over that span, the six-foot-three, 212-pound pivot has 13 touchdown passes along with a 72.5 percent completion rate, both second in the league during his last eight games.

Through 11 games in 2024, Harris has completed 72.4 percent of his passes for 3,264 yards with 20 touchdowns versus nine interceptions and a CFL-best 108.4 QB rating.

The Roughriders host the Calgary Stampeders for Saskatchewan's last regular season game on Saturday. Countdown to Kick-off begins by watching Justin Dunk and Wes Cates live at 2 p.m. on YouTube. Dave Thomas and Luc Mullinder join at 4 p.m. with the kick-off to follow at 5 p.m. on the Co-operators Roughrider Radio Network.
