TERRIERS 5, RED WINGS 3

The Yorkton Terriers overcame an early 2-0 deficit to triumph over the Weyburn Red Wings with a 5-3 victory on Sunday afternoon.

Jaron Desnoyers and Jeff Hammond shone bright, each racking up 1G 2A and 1G 3A respectively, propelling them to the top of the SJHL scoring race with eight points each.

Goals from Thierry Laliberte and William Leonard, combined with a stellar 30-save performance from Ethan Farrow, secured the Terriers’ second consecutive win.
