Melville Millionaires earn second straight win with road triumph over Kindersley Klippers

MILLIONAIRES 5, KLIPPERS 2 

Jadon Iyogun had two goals and an assist while Nick Genette stopped 37 shots to lead the Melville Millionaires to their second straight win, a 5-2 road decision over the Kindersley Klippers.

Gaborik Carlson, Brendan Olson, and Ryan Roethke also scored for the Moneymen.

Dayton Tailfeathers and Braden Cunningham provided the offence for Kindersley.

The two teams meet once again on Saturday night in Kindersley


TERRIERS 3, HAWKS 4 (OT)

Finley Radloff scored the OT winner while Nathan Clayton made 26 stops for his first win as the Nipawin Hawks defeated the Yorkton Terriers 4-3 on Friday night from the Cage.

Van Taylor tied the game for the Hawks in the third period, while Eric Hoiness and Ashton Tait also scored.

The Terriers got markers from Keenan Ingram, David Coyle and Dustin Renas.

Ethan Farrow turned aside 27 of 31 shots in the losing cause.

The Terriers wrap up their road trip on Saturday night at the Whitney Forum against the Flin Flon Bombers.
